Each tasting is built around a curated lineup of three to six premium bourbons, glassware, custom tasting mats, and a guided session led by Rob and Chris. We handle setup, education, entertainment, and clean-up. Optional add-ons include food-pairings, cocktail demonstrations, and keepsake tasting kits.
Bourbon has a way of elevating any gathering. Whether you’re planning a birthday celebration, family gathering, bachelor or bachelorette party, corporate event, fundraiser, or anything in between, bourbon adds a memorable touch. For larger events, we also can provide a staffed tasting bar that guests can visit at their leisure.
Tastings can be hosted at your home, office, vacation rental, or a venue of your choosing. We're based in Tomball, Texas, and serve the Greater Houston and surrounding areas, and beyond. Virtual tastings are available nationwide.
Most tastings last 90 minutes to two hours, depending on your format and number of pours. We're happy to customize timing to fit your schedule or event flow.

We are proudly independent. We don’t work for any distillery or brand, and we’re not here to sell you anything in the end. Unlike many tasting events that finish with a sales pitch, our sessions are completely free of hidden agendas or product promotions. Every whiskey we pour is hand‑selected because we genuinely enjoy it and believe it’s worth sharing. Together, we’ll explore each bottle with honesty and curiosity—refining your palate, deepening your appreciation, and learning what truly makes a great pour.
Do to Texas law, we do NOT provide alcohol. You will be responsible for providing all alcohol required for the event. We are TABC certified servers, and will serve as an "open bar." We do not offer any cash bar or POS service.
In the planning of the event, we will provide a shopping list and suggest exactly what you will need based on your guest count. By purchasing directly, you will avoid paying an inflated price from a caterer or liquor supplier.
